We accept unstitched, like-new canvases in sellable condition.

We don’t accept partially stitched, damaged, or odorous items, and we reserve the right to decline items that don’t meet quality or brand standards and return the items at your cost.

You’re welcome to consign as many canvases as you’d like. If your total payouts reach $600 or more in a calendar year, U.S. tax law requires us to collect a completed IRS Form W-9 before continuing payouts. We’ll notify you if this applies.

TL;DR→We’ll take as many canvases as you’d like, as long as they’re unstitched, like-new, and ready to sell.

We set market prices using thorough market research and comps. Canvases are listed in the order they’re received — first in, first out (FIFO) — with sensible exceptions if the same canvas is already available in our inventory.

Price reduction schedule:
Month 1 (Days 1–30): 30% off retail | Month 2 (Days 31–60): 40% off | Month 3 (Days 61–90): 50% off

Before your canvases go live, you’ll receive a payout schedule showing list price and your earnings. Payouts are issued monthly for items sold in the prior month.

Your payout by phase (of sale price):

Month 1 (Days 1–30): 60% | Month 2 (Days 31–60): 55% | Month 3 (Days 61–90): 50%

TL;DR→You earn 60–50% of the final sale price, with monthly payouts and scheduled markdowns.

We’ll notify you when we have received your submission shipment and share a pricing/payout preview before anything goes live. Timelines can vary by volume.

New standard 3 month consignment listings go live every Monday. After the standard 3 month consignment period the consignor chooses to do one of the following:

(1) Return Your Canvases to You - Your canvas will be shipped back at your expense.

(2) Donate Your Canvases - Instead of returning your canvas, you may choose to have Avec Paulette donate it on your behalf to a partner organization. No payout is issued, but your canvas continues to inspire stitchers and support community initiatives.

(3) Opt-IN to Stash Flash (50% off for Days 90-120) & The Last Stitch Sales (75% off for days 120-150).
If they still don't sell, we'll donate them and no payout will be issued.

TL;DR→After 90 days, you can return, donate, or opt into extended sales (Stash Flash & Last Stitch).

Consignments must generally be submitted by the rightful owner of the canvases so payouts and tax records remain accurate. Shops and designers are welcome to consign inventory under their business account.

This can include:
Collections or designs being phased out
Canvases with slight painting imperfections (“seconds”)
Inventory that hasn’t moved in your shop or region
Old trunk show canvases not moving

In these cases, the shop or designer acts as the consignor of record and receives payouts directly.

TL;DR→ Anyone who owns their canvases can consign. Shops and designers are also welcome under a business account.
